All seating is unreservedIf you are coming in a group of five or more to a show with tabled seating, we will seat you together. Depending on the size of your group you may be placed on more than one table.

What are the parking facilities?There are numerous public car parks within walking distance. There are some short inclines around the venue so please be aware of this for people with restricted mobility. There is an option to drop off and pick up right outside the venue. To help you plan, the local car parks can be seen on the map in this link

What time will the show finish?We have a 11pm curfew for music shows, comedy shows tend to finish around 10.30pm and club nights and private events close at 12am.

Will food be available?Food is available at most shows in our outdoor seated space, provided by La Familia Burger and our fully licenced bar can be found in the main hall. We can supply customised catering for private events.

What time do doors open for a show at The BEAT?Door time varies from show to show, this is displayed on the ticketing page.

Can I reserve a ticket and pay on the door?We cannot reserve tickets. All tickets must be paid for in advance or paid for at the door on entry. This will be depend on the event so please check the event details in advance.

Why are several different prices available for some shows?We offer some concessions on certain shows. See below if you are eligible.

Who is eligible for concession?We offer concessions on certain shows for people in receipt of Pension Credit and also for people with a membership package.

What is your refund policy?Once purchased your tickets cannot be exchanged nor money refunded.
